  • This summer our theme is "Unshaken", derived from Jude 1:20-21, which says "But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life." We desire each student to experience full life in Christ as they learn to put away their sinful nature and intimately walk with Jesus.

  • I hereby release Calvary Chapel, its agents, employees and volunteer assistants from any liability whatsoever arising out of injury, damage, or loss which may be sustained by said applicant.
  • By agreeing, you are agreeing with us to recognize the leadership and oversight of the pastoral team at the center where the program is running, as well as to abide by the operational regulations and requirements of that center.
  • The program is intended to provide encouragement, guidance and teaching for those with a genuine desire to grow in their walk and seek the Lord's direction for their life. To ensure that this remains the objective, we do reserve the right to remove from the program any one who chooses not to support these intentions.
  • The information I have provided on this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. Any misrepresentation or omission of any fact in my application, resume, or other materials, or during any interviews, can be justification for refusal of employment, or employed, termination from employment of On the Edge.

Conduct Guidelines

  • As a ministry, On the Edge seeks and strives to set an example of Jesus Christ in every way it is represented. We look to be above reproach towards each other as staff members and to our students as their leaders. Emphasizing perfection and legalism is not our heart or goal, but we do want to present our lives as living testimonies of the reality of the Gospel. We recognize that everything that we do as On the Edge staff members reflects this ministry in either a good or bad light. As a staff member, you are agreeing to commit to live a lifestyle that fears God and obeys the Word of God which is our guide.
  • We desire for everybody who comes to OTE to see Jesus by the way our staff is unified in our love for God and love for each other. Integrity, loyalty, honesty, and faithfulness are pillars of our staff. We expect all staff to be living examples of an exemplary way of life that honors and glorifies Jesus.

    On the Edge has a "zero tolerance" policy for any form of sexual, physical, verbal, or emotional abuse. Any staff member found in violation of this policy will be terminated immediately and reported to proper authorities. On the Edge mandatorily reports all suspicions of abuse and cooperates with local authorities to prosecute and convict child abusers.

    Our staff does not condone, or personally use drugs, alcohol, or tobacco ("chewing and dipping" included), pornography, homosexuality, abortion, or participate in pre-marital sex, either on duty or off duty. We ask for and expect complete commitment in this! "If any of you should cause one of the least of these to stumble, it would be better for you to be cast into the river with a millstone around your neck." Luke 17:2.

Medical Information

  • It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that you have made adequate provision to meet any known medical conditions (i.e. medication, inhalers, epi-pen, etc.) We will be happy to advise on any queries that you or your physician may have prior to your arrival, but we require that you take our medical insurance to cover the period of the program. A Hospital and Urgent Care are within a 1/4 mile of the facility. You will need to carry your insurance card at all times just in case you need to use it. For your peace OF mind (and ours) we feel it is appropriate to ask you to provide the following personal details to allow us to meet your needs to the best of our ability.
